EVENT Rules & Recommendations
Thank you for being part of the 2026 Conroe Business EXPO. In order to maximize your attendance at the event, maintain safety, and have great EXPO, we adopted these RULES:

1. Arrive Early - Have your booth ready by the time the show opens.
2. Stay Until Closing - Keep your Booth open until 2:00PM or until otherwise notified.
3. Be Professional - Dress Appropriately and treat everyone with courtesy and respect. 
4. Stay within Your Space -Keep your materials an activities within the assigned space.
5. Welcome Attendees - Be friendly, approachable. and ready to do business.
6. Respect Other Exhibitors - Do not interfere with neighboring booths or their activities.
7. Promote Honestly - Provide accurate information about your products or services. Avoid aggressive sales tactics.
8. Maintain a Clean Area and pick up your garbage after the event.
9. Follow the Event Rules and comply with all instructions from the organizers and staff.
10. Build Relationships - Focus on networking, asking questions, setting appointments, and helping others make connections - support local businesses.
